What Are Acne Scars?

Acne scars are formed by inflamed blemishes that are caused by skin pores that are engorged with excess dead skin cells, oils and bacteria. The hair follicles swell and then breaks. Laser treatment is done to stimulate collagen production or vaporize any scarring on the face.

Use gentle skin care products.

Do not use products that are irritating to your skin. Use moisturisers, make-up removers and scrubs to soothe your skin.

Avoid hot water when cleaning your face and always use soft fabrics when cleaning your face.

Take healthy foods and a lot water of water to protect your skin. Water helps in keeping toxins away from the body and keep the skin firm and healthy.
